I work across the Central Lakes region consulting in Queenstown and Wanaka.

When I meet with a new client it is important to start our work by establishing a warm and supportive relationship.  By reaching an understanding of your concerns and difficulties it means that your goals and a treatment plan can be established.

It is a pleasure to support my clients toward resolution and to reach their goals.

Besides adults and couples I also meet pregnant mums, parents with worries about their baby, their anxious child, or their teen.  I also work with whole families.

People of all ages can be distressed for all manner of reasons and I am constantly reminded of how resourceful people can be, despite complications and difficulties.

Two Homes | Ngā Kainga e Rua

A booklet about supporting relationships for babies and toddlers with two homes in Aotearoa New Zealand.

The importance of feeling strong and well from a mental health perspective is often overlooked in our busy community.  I have the privilege of meeting with all kinds of people with all kinds of difficulties and stresses, and I am  constantly reminded of people’s incredible capacity and courage.

It is very special to work alongside someone (young and older) who is wanting to make important changes in their life, and prepared to look within themselves for answers.
